Changes to your flight or tour details (e.g. flight delays, amount of luggage, number of passengers) should be submitted to Forever Summer Tours & Transfers via email before the date of travel. The modification to the booking will take effect when Forever Summer Tours & Transfers confirms receipt of the change via email. Please note that you shall be held liable for additional charges due to non-declared excess luggage or passengers.
If you will be 15 minutes late or more for a booking (e.g. transfer, tour), send us an email. Kindly note that late changes to bookings may result in your service being rescheduled. This does not apply to flight delays (see above).
To cancel a booking, submit your request to us via email. Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before the service (e.g. tour, transfer) date will receive a 100% refund of the charge for the service. Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the service date will receive a 50% refund of the charge of the service. You will be billed the full cost of the booked service if you are a “no show” or fail to cancel the service. Please note that cancellations take effect when email confirmation is sent by Forever Summer Tours & Transfers. Refunds are paid within 30 days.
